Kazakhstan is experiencing an economic growth, which attracts many migrants from neighbouring countries (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan). Kazakhstan is becoming and will further be the destination country for labour migrants from Central Asia. The delegation of Kazakhstan headed by Minister of Labour and Social Protection Karagusova participated in the 1st Global Forum on migration and development issues in Brusssels on 9-11th July, which was devoted to strengthening of the migration processes and development of the effective migration policy.
