EC Delegation, Kazakhstan reported that Uzbek and Kyrgyz presidents spoke on the phone on 10.07.2007 about a new project: China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan railway, which, according to Karimov, would provide access to Chinese sea ports for Central Asian states. Other issues like, strengthening bilateral cooperation, SCO summit agenda and realization of large regional projects were discussed.
